This recipe for Gazebo Room Pancetta Mussels is an inexpensive and delicious seafood dish that goes perfectly with a Greek Salad and a glass of white wine.

Gazebo Room Pancetta Mussels


1/3 Cup Gazebo Room Greek Salad Dressing and Marinade

1/2 cup chopped shallots

3 pounds mussels

1/3 Cup dry white wine  

1/4 Cup) Parsley (chopped)  

1/4 Cup Water 

1 dash crushed red pepper 

4 Pancetta slices (diced) 

2 Cloves garlic (thinly sliced)


In large saucepan or stockpot, heat Gazebo Room Greek Dressing and cook shallots over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until tender.

Add remaining ingredients.

Bring to a boil, then simmer covered 4 minutes or until mussel shells open.
