Chicken & Shrimp Tortellini Salad

2 lb tortellini 1 lb diced cooked chicken 1 lb cooked, peeled, de-veined medium shrimp (prepared garlic flavored is even better if you can find it.) 2 cucumbers, peeled, sliced and quartered 2-3 peeled carrots 1 bottle of Gazebo Room dressing


1.  Cook tortellini according to package directions 2.  Shred/chop carrots in food processor or mini chopper 3.  Add pasta, chicken, shrimp, cucumbers and carrots to large bowl with lid 4.  Pour as much dressing as needed to just cover all ingredients and to suit individual taste. Be careful not to over saturate as salad will get too soggy. 5. Place lid on bowl and shake well to thoroughly mix ingredients and dressing. 6. Salad may be served lukewarm or refrigerated and served chilled.
