Gazebo Room Marinated Chicken Wings
If you have a preferred method of cooking your wings, feel free to stick to your routine, but we recommend a combination of baking and grilling that will first cook the wings and seal in the juices, then add the slight char and flavor that only grilling can produce.
Step 1: Thaw desired number of wings and marinate in 1 bottle of Gazebo Room Greek Dressing overnight.
Step 2: Arrange wings in a roasting pan and place into a preheated oven set for 400 degrees.
Step 3: Bake for 45 minutes.
Step 4: Remove wings from oven and grill on medium heat, turning them every few minutes until they are evenly golden brown.
Step 5: Serve with Gazebo Room Feta Tzatziki Sauce

This Gazebo Room Feta Tzatziki Sauce recipe is perfect for wings, but can be used on anything from burgers to traditional greek gyros.
Ingredients:
2 cups greek yogurt, strained
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. Gazebo Room Greek Salad Dressing and Marinade
¼ cup finely crumbled feta cheese
1 large English or Hothouse cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. kosher salt
Directions
Step 1: Place diced cucumbers in a colander in the sink and salt them lightly. Let them drain there for at least 30 minutes to allow them to “sweat”, removing the excess water. Press cucumbers after 30 mins to remove as much water as possible.
Step 2: Blend cucumbers, Gazebo Room Greek Dressing, dill, lemon juice and garlic in a blender or food processor.
Step 3: Whisk Greek yogurt and sour cream until thoroughly blended. Stir in crumbled feta cheese and black pepper.
Step 4: Combine the yogurt mixture and the cucumber mixture and serve with Gazebo Room Marinated Chicken Wings.
Note: You can serve with an additional bowl of crumbled feta cheese for your guests to dip their wings into. The Tzatziki Sauce will cause the extra feta to stick to the wings.
