UNAUTHORIZED SELLER WARNING
A warning to our customers about purchasing our products from sellers on Amazon.com: Many resellers who sell our products through Amazon.com are not authorized dealers of Gazebo Room products. When purchasing Gazebo Room products on Amazon.com, it is important to check where the product is being “shipped from and sold by,” which is stated clearly in the header for each product. Please contact us directly at 1-800-322-7252 before you purchase if you are uncertain about whether or not a seller is legitimate.
REMINDER: OUR MANUFACTURER’S GUARANTEE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE. SECOND-HAND ITEMS, INCLUDING SALES FROM WEBSITES SUCH AS EBAY AND CRAIG’S LIST, ARE NOT COVERED BY A MANUFACTURER’S GUARANTEE.
Gazebo Room products are sold in the United States through a network of authorized dealers selected by our company. Some of these dealers may have Internet sites on which they are authorized by Gazebo Room to sell a select mix of our products. Gazebo Room dealers have been chosen for their ability to properly represent and sell our products. Gazebo Room provides a manufacturer’s guarantee on products sold only by our authorized dealers.
Unfortunately, Gazebo Room products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so. Goods sold by these unauthorized companies are not purchased from Best Dressed Associates; instead they are acquired from a host of other sources. Due to the nature of the goods sold by unauthorized dealers and their business practices, products sold by unauthorized dealers are not entitled to Gazebo Room guarantee coverage. We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these companies from taking advantage of consumers, but these practices still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting an online seller to make your purchase.
Gazebo Room products sold by unauthorized dealers sometimes are purchased on a secondary “gray” market and can be pirated goods not produced by Best Dressed Associates, damaged, defective or so-called “B” stock goods, or stolen goods.
Simply put, because of the nature of, and inherent risks present in these unauthorized sales, we cannot offer product refunds or returns on these items, and advise our customers to consider this fact and use caution when selecting an outlet to purchase Gazebo Room products online.
BEWARE OF SHORT DATED OR EXPIRED GAZEBO ROOM PRODUCTS.
Many times, Gazebo Room products sold by unauthorized resellers have been purchased at a deep discount from legitimate distributors and wholesalers because they are very close to the Best By date that is printed on the product label or case. When this happens, these sellers will often try to either obscure the Best By date on the packaging of said item, or alter the Best By date to give the appearance of freshness.
Any product represented to be manufactured by Gazebo Room that does not have a Best By date on case packaging AND individual bottles should be assumed to be tampered with. Removal or alteration of the original Gazebo Room Best By date puts our brand reputation, but more importantly, our customers’ wellbeing at risk.
BEWARE OF COUNTERFEIT GAZEBO ROOM PRODUCTS.
As is the case with many premium food products, Gazebo Room products have the potential to be duplicated and sold, usually at drastically reduced prices and substandard quality. These products do not meet Best Dressed Associates Inc.’s standards and are not covered under our Gazebo Room guarantee. If you would like to report a suspected counterfeit Gazebo Room product or have questions concerning this issue, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-322-7252. We appreciate your help in maintaining the integrity of the Gazebo Room brand. If you suspect that you have received a Gazebo Room product that has been altered or tampered with in any way, you should immediately contact the seller for resolution, and then report the violation to us directly, so that we may conduct an investigation. The ideal resolution would be to return the product to the seller for a full refund, but many sellers change names and locations frequently so they cannot be reached for customer service issues. Others go out of business because the volume of complaints that they receive merits their removal from the online marketplace where they do business.
