Spinach Rice Salad

Ingredients:

3 Cups White or Brown Rice

3 cups Chopped Baby Spinach

1 Cup Gazebo Room

Preparation:

Cook three cups of uncooked white or brown rice according to directions on the package. (I use Minute Rice).

Let cook till it’s not steaming, fluffing occasionally. Add 1 Cup of Gazebo Room Greek Dressing and gently toss till all rice is coated. Chill it in the refrigerator till cold, then add 2-3 cups of fresh chopped baby spinach ( bagged at the grocery store) That’s it! It is EXCELLENT!
