This refreshing Gazebo Room Watermelon Honey Balsamic Summer Salad recipe is the perfect pool party appetizer!
Ingredients:
8 cups (seeded or seedless) watermelon (cubed)
1 medium cucumber
1 red onion (small, cut into rings)
1 cup feta (crumbled)
1/2 cup fresh mint (shredded)
2 tbsp honey
1/3 cup Gazebo Room Balsamic Vinaigrette
Directions:
Cut watermelon into cubes and set aside. Mix Gazebo Room Balsamic Vinaigrette and honey together in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle red onion, feta and mint over watermelon cubes and mix thoroughly. Drizzle Balsamic/honey dressing over salad and enjoy!
